Bring your new recruits to get set up and trained to wield a clipboard! We'll be running through pitches, getting new folks set up with materials, and sharing tricks of the trade. Most importantly you'll get the full rundown on our viral strategy to collect 32,000 signatures in 5 months! Grassroots style! We'll have tea and some beer and wine available but feel free to bring more if you like.

We have a rad group of volunteers to start, but to pull this off we're going to have to focus not just on collecting signatures, but also on recruiting our friends. Exponential growth! The goal is to get enough of us that we could all just focus on signing our friends, family, and co-workers! Way easier!

Do you know people who might be down to help but who are intimidated by the idea of hitting up strangers on the street? Call them up and invite them! They can just put a clipboard in their backpacks and go about their day-to-day.

Anyone can collect signatures, so bring your friends who aren't old enough to vote, bring friends who aren't registered in Multnomah County. Bring them all!
